We have put together a week of challenges, please see attached below. These are for 6th -10th April. Feel free to email me your scores/times. This is not a competition, it is more of a 'personal best challenge' for the pupils. We are emailing out certificates and prizes. Prizes will be sent out once everything gets back to normal. Any questions on this, please ask or by looking at the twitter and Facebook - HampshireSGO's.

We have put together another week of daily challenges for this week, 20th-24th April. There is a Snakes and Ladders warm up game, followed by the different daily challenges. If you're unsure of what to do, a video of the daily challenges get put on the Twitter and Facebook pages - HampshireSGO.

Parents can email me their child's score/time. I then upload onto a spreadsheet with other scores sent in from other areas across Hampshire. Prizes and certificates are then awarded. Remember - it is not a competition, all about personal best for each individual. Certificates based on participation.

I have attached next weeks challenges 4th-8th May along with information to the Dance Challenge.

The Dance Challenge is separate to the other challenges. Pupils do not have to do the Dance Challenge if they are taking part in other challenges. We have put in place for those who love to dance/move and be creative.

We will be putting up tutorial videos on how pupils should do each challenge. These get put on daily at 8am. These can be found on our Facebook/twitter pages - @HampshireSGO

We have also put together an intro launch video which is included below.

Any questions at all regarding the challenges, please do email.

We know next week is half term and we know some schools are shut and some are open.

Us Hampshire SGO's have decided to carry on with the challenges anyway and give pupils the opportunity to carry on if they wanted to.

We expect numbers to be lower than previous weeks, but we know pupils are enjoying the challenges and for some we are hearing the whole family are getting involved, which is just fantastic.

Please find attached challenges for next week, because of the Bank  Holiday challenges are for Tuesday-Thursday.

Apologies for the delay in getting this out, I have had issues with my laptop all week.

Thank you for everyone who has sent in scores for last week. I will be sending certificates. Issues with laptop has meant delay on this - sorry.

Hi everyone,

Hampshire SGO's have put together a summer challenge - Trek To Tokyo!

Fun daily activities to help keep pupils active whilst at home during the summer holidays.

Each week parents/pupils can download a new booklet containing all the challenges for the week. These can be found each week from the Energise Me website (please see link below).

Pupils earn miles for each activity completed, with the aim to get to Tokyo.

I have attached Week 1 (below), just to give you an idea of what you will be doing if you want to get involved. Also attached is the record sheet to your their miles.

Also below is a link to a launch video we have put together .

Thanks,

Catherine

Trek To Tokyo Summer Programme

Six weeks of downloadable activities to keep primary pupils and their families active this summer. As the Olympics have been postponed, we are asking pupils to earn miles each day by taking part in various activities. These include a wake up, shake up game, a daily sporting challenge, active 30 minutes of your choice, creative tasks and Olympic fact finders. Each activity will earn miles to help you trek across the globe towards Tokyo!
