CHRISTMAS FAIR 2025

 Friday 28th November – 3:30 to 5:00

We warmly invite you to our upcoming Christmas Fair.

Windsor Christmas Fair - Visit Windsor

The fair starts at 3.30 p.m. so we can ensure all children are collected before the start of the event.

To ensure everyone can enter and exit safely you may enter at 3.30 p.m. through the two rear hall doors, the middle 'Morpurgo' block doors and the end doors opposite the main playground.

On the afternoon of the fair, your child’s class will be selling crafts that they have designed and made in school. Year groups have produced the following crafts:

  • Year 3: Calendar and gift tags (pack of 8) - £5.00
  • Year 4: Christmas photo frame - £5.00
  • Year 5: Christmas tree decoration and gift tags (pack of 8) - £5.00
  • Year 6: Christmas cards (pack of 10) - £5.00 Multiple packs can be pre-ordered for this item. A proof of the card has been sent home.

We understand that not all parents and carers will be able to attend the fair and yet still may wish to purchase the crafts that their child has made. For this reason, we are giving you the opportunity to pre-order crafts. If you wish to pre-order your child’s work, please do this via SCOPAY where you will be able to make the payment. If you have not pre-ordered or purchased your child’s craft by 4.30 p.m. on the day of the fair, these items will be put up for general sale.

Year 6 - multiple packs of cards only can be ordered i.e. if you want 20 cards put £10.00 (2 x £5.00) online etc. Make the payment online which we will see at our end and we will then print the cards and these will be sent home to you. All pre-orders need to be placed by 9.00 a.m. on Friday 28th November. Your child’s crafts will be sent home to you by Wednesday 3rd December at the latest. If you would prefer to buy your child’s crafts on the day of the fair, this is also fine, but we can only accept cash payment at the fair.

MANOR SCHOOL SUMMER FAIR 2025

SATURDAY 21ST JUNE – 11.30 A.M. TO 1.30 P.M.

We are very excited to be holding a joint Manor Infant and Junior School Summer Fair later this term. There will be a range of stalls and activities on offer including a raffle, BBQ, coconut shy, bottle tombola and much more!

As we are sure you can appreciate, an event like the Summer Fair requires lots of volunteers, both on the day to help with stalls and in its preparation. If you feel that you or any family member is able to offer support, either on the day or prior to the event, then please email l.hoggan@manor-junior.hants.sch.uk with your child’s name and class. If you are able to help on the day of the fair, please indicate which time period you are available:

· Set Up 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

· 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

· 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.

Bring a bottle non-school uniform day

We will be holding a non-school uniform day in school on Friday 20th June. The children do not have to wear school uniform on this day and in exchange we ask that each child brings a bottle of something e.g. bottle of wine, bottle of bubble bath, bottle of ketchup for our ‘Bottle Tombola’ at the Summer Fair. All bottles donated will be placed into a bottle tombola at the fair. We do ask that the clothes the children wear are suitable for the school day and that shoes are safe for use in the playground. In the interests of safety, jewellery is not permitted.

Hamper donations

We are hoping to make up ‘Summer Hampers’ and welcome donations of new summer items, such as things for the BBQ, swimming items, outdoor games, gardening items, picnic items etc. If you know of any company who you feel would be willing to donate a raffle prize, please let us know – we are more than willing to write a letter of request. Please send any donations into school via your child.

Other donations - second-hand uniform and soft toys

We will be holding a second-hand uniform stall and a teddy tombola so if you have any donations that would be useful for these stalls then they would also be greatly received.

Both schools are looking forward to coming together for this community event and we really hope you will be able to join us. We will keep you updated with further details about the fair as it approaches and we anticipate this being a fun event for all of the family!
