To consolidate their science lessons learning about magnets, Year 3 children designed and created games. This morning, Year 3 came together with some Year 6 children to showcase and play their games. The Year 6s were very impressed with the creativity!

Year 3 have been creating art in the style of Sir Frank Bowling.
On Wednesday 30th September, Year 6 did a fantastic job at representing the school in walking to and from and spending the day at Southwood Country Park. Their activities included consolidating their geography work by looking at different houses in our local area on the way; bug hunting and sketching landscapes. They also created some beautiful leaf rubbings and had a sneaky play in the park too! The sun was shining, which was a bonus after the heavy downpours that morning, and a great day was had by all!
We have hosted lots of parents meetings lately including information evenings for each year group, SATs information and a Year 6 PGL briefing for parents. Catch up on the slides or view them again here.
