Year 2 Prospective Parent Information

I know that for many of you it probably only seems a short while ago that your child was starting school, but this term you will be beginning the process to help them with a smooth transfer on to junior school.  The first stage of this process is to find out about and visit potential junior schools so that you are able to make an informed application.

With this in mind, we would like to offer you the opportunity to see what learning is like at Manor Junior School and how we nurture our pupils to be the best they can be. 

Firstly, we will be hosting a meeting for parents and carers on Tuesday 7th October 2025 at 6.00 p.m. where I will be able to share our core aims and values with you, as well as exemplifying the rich and diverse range of learning opportunities that we provide at Manor Junior School.  This will also be an opportunity for you to answer any questions that you have. 

Secondly, we will be hosting tours of the school during the day so that you are able to see the school in operation.  We have also made two after school sessions available for tours.  Dates for the school tours can be found below.  If you wish to book on to one of the tours, please contact the school office on: 01252 544072.  If these dates / times are not suitable for you then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will do our very best to find an alternative.
