It was lovely to be able to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day on the field with the infant school. We sang and signed ‘We’ll meet again’, thought about the importance of the day and ended with music and cake! Two of our house captains shared a poem and we then had the eldest pupil from the Manor Juniors and the youngest from Manor Infants join together to cut a cake. Our amazing kitchen staff provided a cupcake for every child from both schools for the event. Take a look at the gallery here.
