Little Canada is absolutely huge and is essentially on a hill! It would take me a whole day to walk, with my tiny ted feet, from one end of the site to the other. Two days going up hill. Lucky I get carried a lot! The views are spectacular though and, if you do get a bit of free time (IF - it is quite a hectic timetable!) then take my Ted Word for it and do a little exploring. You may even see a red squirrel. They like chasing Teds...
The site is perfectly safe, and you won't get lost too much. The first activity is an orientation, so it's best to listen carefully (Top Ted Tip) to this so you know where things are and what rules you need to follow. Everyone is super friendly and they sing a lot as they walk around. I was singing "Everywhere we go..." in the photo below! It's actually a favourite of mine, and my Niece Travelling Ted.
It took me an hour to climb this in the photo below, after I had done my indoor climbing training that is. Before this, I couldn't even get a paw on it. I felt as free as an eagle when I got to the top; and as hungry as a hippo!
As it happened, dinner was next and I had to leave Ted's Castle. But I love eating as much as travelling, so it wasn't at all that bad.
