Governors
The Governing Body works closely
with the School Head and management team to ensure the school operates
safely and effectively and to provide our children with the highest standard
of education.
In order to operate effectively and efficiently, the Governing Body operates
with four committees covering staffing, finance, curriculum and buildings.
Each of these meets regularly and has delegated authority to deal with their
areas of responsibility. The main committee meets twice a term and the
committees report progress at these meetings.
Much of the work of the Governing body is now carried out by the committees,
with the main governors' meetings ratifying their decisions.
